从国有企业治理结构角度研究内部审计存在的问题
摘 要
随着企业制度、经营战略、经营性质、市场竞争、国际化发展等环境的变化，国内企业的经营管理将面临着越来越多的风险和挑战。企业内部审计工作也变得更加重要，相应地内部审计的局限性也越发凸显,因此,正确认识并重视内部审计在企业治理中的特殊地位和重要作用,改进和发展内部审计,以促进内部审计与企业治理的良性互动,已成为现代企业管理中十分重要的问题。文章从企业治理结构角度对内部审计存在的问题进行了分析研究，并提出解决措施，促进治理结构的完善，充分发挥内部审计的职能和作用

Abstract
Along with the enterprise system, operation strategy, business nature, market competition, internationalization development, the change of environment, our country enterprise management will face more and more risks and challenges. Accordingly, the enterprise internal audit work is also becoming more important, the external environment changes, the limitations of the internal audit, therefore, more prominence, correct understanding and internal audit in the enterprise management attention the special position and important role, improvement and development to promote internal audit, internal audit and corporate governance benign interaction has become very important in modem enterprise management.
