论文题目：北京市自然灾害特征及防灾减灾措施
内容摘要
自然灾害对人类社会具有重大的危害性，并且伴随着社会经济的发展所造成
的损失正呈现逐年加剧加重的态势。北京市是中华人民共和国的首都、国家中心城市和全国的政治、文化、科教和国际交往中心，因此，依据北京市自然、经济条件，对其自然灾害进行研究。研究发现：北京市主要自然灾害有干旱、洪涝、沙尘暴、地震和寒潮。通过对其自然灾害及其所造成的影响进行分析，提出相应的防灾减灾措施，为北京市的自然灾害管理提供一定的借鉴，力争实现区域社会、经济、资源环境的良性发展。

Title: The characters of natural disasters and disaster

Abstract
Natural disasters on human society is of great harm, along with the development of social economy caused by the losses are increased year by year increasing trend.Beijing is the capital of the People's Republic of China, national center city and the country's political, cultural, educational and international communication center,Therefore, based on the natural and economic conditions in Beijing, for its natural disasters were studied. Study found that Beijing's main natural disasters are drought, floods, dust storms, earthquakes, and cold.By the natural disasters and the impact of the analysis, puts forward corresponding disaster prevention and mitigation measures, provide certain reference for the Beijing natural disaster management and strive to achieve the virtuous development of the regional society, economy, resources and environment.
