,Actually ,there is nothing unusual in our original arrangment of payment.Counting from the time you open credit till the time the shipment reaches your port. the intervals ,which is quite normal ,is only about three months.Besides,your L/C cannot meet your requst.

We have examined the specifications and price list for your rang of colored candles,and now wish to place an order with you .We enclose our Order No.569 for 2000 dozens of candles.
As we are in ungent need of candles for the coming holiday season ,we would be grateful if you would make up the order and ship it as soon as possible.
In the past we have traded with you on a sight credit basis. We would now like to propose a different arragemengt.When the goods are ready for shipment and fright space booked,you will fax us and we will then remit the full amount by telegraphic transfer.
