酒店员工工作压力与职业倦怠关系研究

of Hotel Staff
摘要
在经济全球化的时代,随着我国旅游市场日益火爆和入境人数的日益增加,国内酒店在短短几年间如雨后春笋般破土而出。我国酒店业面临更加激烈的国内外竞争。酒店行业作为劳动密集型的行业,员工逐渐成为酒店行业赢得持续竞争力的关键因素所在。但随着工作量的加大,酒店员工的工作压力也越来越大,导致对工作产生的厌倦感逐渐明显且日趋严重。本研究采取随机抽样方法,应用《工作压力量表》和《职业倦怠量表》对石狮市四家酒店150名员工进行问卷调查。结果表明,酒店员工的工作压力和职业倦怠均属于中等水平,工作压力的六个维度中在不同的人口统计学变量中存在显著的差异。而职业倦怠三个维度在不同的人口统计学变量上也同样存在显著性差异,其工作压力与职业倦怠呈现显著负相关。酒店管理者可从组织和个体角度采取相应干预措施以减少酒店员工工作压力和职业倦怠水平。

Abstract
In the era of economic globalization,with our tourism market growing popularity and the number of increasing,domestic hotel in a few years were springing up just,our hotels facing the domestic and international competition is becoming fiercer.Hotel industry as a labor-intensive industry,staff become a hotel industry to win continuous the key factor in competitiveness. With the increased workload, hotel staff under work pressure result in the job burnout is obvious and escalating.Stochasic Sampling Methods are adopted in this study.Which apply “the work pressure scale” and “the job burnout scale” to investigate the job burnout level of 150 employees of four hotels in Shishi area.The result shows that the level of hotel staff’s work pressure and job burnout turn out to be medium level,among six dimensions degree of actuating pressure,in different demography,the variable there exists notable difference in middle.the three dimensions in different demographic are variables on significantly,its burnout level and social support support level present to be a significant negative correlation.Hotel managers can reduce the job burnout level by using some countermeasure from the organizations corresponding and the individuals’ corresponding.
