All cleaning tools will be provided by vendor, such as mop, broom etc. o Carpet, chair, facade cleaning should be quoted unit price.
o Landscaping total sqm is 5000sqm, 400-500 sqm need maintenance. Other just
needed mowing.
o Should quote modulating tube price, they have around 140 sets. o There is no backup power and backup generator.
