浅析我国中小企业存货管理的问题及对策
摘 要
我国市场经济发展迅速，中小企业也随之占据着越来越大的比例，作为中小企业资
产的重要组成部分，存货管理水平的高低对中小企业的生产经营有着直接的影响。目前我国大部分中小企业存货管理都存在着一定的问题，故本文将从存货管理的基本理论出发，结合美特斯邦威服饰的案例，分析中小企业存货管理中存在的问题，并据之提出几点解决问题的对策，从而达到提高中小企业存货管理水平，提升其核心竞争力的目的。
