I strongly believe it a necessity to hold a test of spoken English in middle schools because students will have more time and opportunities to practice their listening and speaking in English classes. What's more, the ability to speak fluent English will bring us a wide variety of chances. We could become successful applicants for some posts by talking directly to experts from English speaking countries in the future. Whether I'll take the test or not, I will spare no effort on my spoken English.
