引 言
在指导老师的帮助下,通过查工具书以及网络资料、原书本所学知识,完成本次设计的初始任务配料的计算,并列出物料平衡表、在《水泥设备选型手册》中找到适合本次设计的主机型号、粉磨设备及辅助设备的选型。运用计算机绘图绘制水泥厂总平面布置图、全厂水泥生产工艺流程图和水泥粉磨车间的工艺布局主视图、俯视图、流程图、剖面图等。设计中不免遇到各种各类的问题,通过所学理论及老师指导我对如何运用所学分析解决问题能力有所提高,并锻炼自己动手操作绘图的能力。
通过该设计的学习锻炼,应能树立正确的设计思想,培养我们认真的科学态度和严谨求实的工作作风,在工作设计中,应能树立正确的工程意识与经济意识,树立正确的生产观念,经济观念和全局观念。
水泥粉磨是水泥工业生产中耗电最多的工序之一,为了提高水泥粉磨效率、节约能源、提高经济效益,水泥粉磨设备在大型化的同时,也得到了不断地发展和改进。提高水泥厂粉磨工艺水平对水泥厂的综合经济效益的影响是十分显著的。

第一章 概述
1.1 设计任务及其依据,论述所生产产品的意义和价值
设计日产5000吨熟料淮北水泥厂设计(重点设计-水泥粉磨)。 1.2工艺设计原则
工艺设计是工程设计的主要环节,是决定全局的关键。工艺设计的主要任务是:确定生产方法,选择生产工艺流程;确定生产设备的类型、规格、数量,选择各项工艺参数及定额指标;确定劳动定员及生产班制;进行合理的车间工艺布置。从工艺技术、生产设备、劳动组织上保证设计工厂投产后能够正常生产,在生产的数量和质量上达到设计要求。
工艺设计的基本原则有如下几点: 1、安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进
安全可靠对充分发挥投资效果有很大的意义,如果设计的企业不能做到安全可靠,必然会影响生产,甚至可能发生伤亡事故。所以坚固耐用、安全可靠是对设计的起码要求。
设计应该做到经济合理。处处精打细算,尽可能的节约建设资金,降低生产成本,为国家创造更多的物质财富。为达到此目的,设计中应考虑充分发挥设备的效能,降低原材料、燃料的消耗,提高生产效率,是设计工厂的主要技术经济指标和同类型工厂相比具有先进性。
设计应充分采用国内外最新的科学技术成果。只要经济条件、物质资源和技术力量许可,都应采用最新的设备装备。因为设计所采用的技术先进与否,直接决定这企业的技术水平。目前水泥厂普遍采用新型干法水泥生产技术。新技术的采用提高了产品的质量和劳动生产率,节约了能源,降低了成本等。因此,能否更充分的利用和推广新技术,新工艺是衡量工程设计先进与否的标志。
2、合理的选择工艺流程和设计指标
工艺流程和只要设备的确定至关重要。工厂建成后,想要改变工艺流程和主要设备十分困难。因此,工艺流程的确定和主体设备的选择应慎重,必须通过方案对比确定,并尽可能考虑节约能源。对于新工艺、新技术、新设备,必须经过生产实践鉴定合格后,方可引入新建工厂的设计中,达到安全可靠,经济合理,技术先进的目的。
工艺设计中各项指标,如设备产量的标定,产品质量等级、原料损失率、物料储备期及产品合格率等的选取,应切合实际。指标定的太高,投产后达不到设计能力。指标过于保守,造成人力、物理的浪费,经济上不合理。因此,设计指标和工艺参数的选取也应力求先进、合理。
