自动分拣系统(Automaticsortingsystem)是先进配送中心所必需的设施条件之一。具有很高的分拣效率，通常每小时可分拣商品6000-12000箱。可以说，自动分拣机是提高物流配送效率的一项关健因素。它是二次大战后在美国、日本的物流中心中广泛采用的一种自动分拣系统，该系统目前已成为发达国家大中型物流中心不可缺少的一部分。分拣是把很多货物按品种从不同的地点和单位分配到所设置的场地的作业。按分拣的手段不同，可分为人工分拣、机械分拣和自动分拣。目前自动分拣已逐渐成为主流，因为自动分拣是从货物进入分拣系统送到指定的分配位置为止，都是按照人们的指令靠自动分拣装置来完成的。
计算机仿真技术是研究复杂系统的有效方法，应用仿真软件可以很容易地建立物流系统的仿真模型，较解析方法能更全面地描述实际系统的特征。在分析物流系统仿真方法的基础上，结合某化纤厂的自动分拣包装及码垛系统，利用物流仿真软件Flexsim，对该系统进行了建模仿真，并根据对仿真结果的分析，找出了该物流系统存在的问题，提出优化改进的方法。系统仿真技术借助计算机技术对系统进行真实模仿，通过实验得到各种动态活动的仿真数据记录，分析验证系统的有效性及合理性。系统仿真已经成为现代物流系统研究的重点方向，越来越多地应用于复杂物流系统的分析与决策中。本文借助Flexsim仿真软件对自动分拣包装进行仿真优化研究。

Automatic sorting system (Automaticsortingsystem) is one of the necessary facilities for the advanced distribution center. With a high sorting efficiency, usually an hour can be sorted 6000-12000 box. It can be said that the automatic sorting machine is a Guan Jian factor to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution. It is after the Second World War in the United States, Japan, the logistics center is widely used in the automatic sorting system, the system has become developed countries large and medium-sized logistics center is an indispensable part of. Sorting is to put a lot of goods from different locations and units assigned to the set of the location of the site. By the means of sorting, can be divided into manual sorting, mechanical sorting and automatic sorting. Currently automatic sorting has gradually become the mainstream. Because the automatic sorting is sorting system enter from the goods sent to a designated location allocation so far, according to the instruction of people rely on the automatic sorting device to complete.
Computer simulation technology is a effective method to study complex system, the application of simulation software can easily establish the simulation model of logistics system, than the analytical method to describe characteristics of the actual system more comprehensive. In the analysis of logistics system simulation method based on, combined with a chemical fibre plant automatic sorting packing and palletizing system, using the logistics simulation software Flexsim, modeling and Simulation of the system and according to the analysis of the simulation results, find out the problems existed in the logistics system, is presented for the optimization of the improved method. System simulation technology to simulate the system by using computer technology, through the experiment to get all kinds of dynamic simulation data records, analysis and verification of the validity and rationality of the system. System simulation has become the focus of modern logistics system research, more and more applied to the analysis and decision of complex logistics system. In this paper, the simulation software of Flexsim simulation software for automatic sorting and packaging of simulation optimization.
