Manage all investment projects of new plant going smoothly and make sure to deliver the projects in good quality and on schedule.
Make sure the Engineering project on going complying with company's EHS requirement.
Make sure the spending not exceeds the budget and continuously to improve the cost control in projects to deliver a more cost effective Project.
Team work with process team members, come out solution on manufacture technology changing major focusing on machine and equipment upgrading.
Work with plant Maintenance team to plan and deliver the maintenance project considering maintenance productivity, and asset replacement.
Responsible for yearly planning focusing on Direct saving, Productivity and Strategy. Report the project delivery status and coordinate site project owners to work out solution when encountering problem in the project delivery.
Train and Lead the owners to improve the delivery process continuously, to manage project in a more effective way. Networking with other sites Leaders or project owners, to translate best practice between sites in China.
Requirements:
University graduate or above and major in Electrical , Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
8 years experience in the industrial Engineering. 3 years experience in the Engineering or Maintenance management at the managerial level.
At least 1 year on-site management experience in the
Engineering project.
Fluent English both in oral and writing.
Familiar with compounding process is preferable.
