6．本次活动不收参赛费，不退稿。对于所参赛作品，主办单位有权在出版画册、举办展览、相关宣传中使用，不再支付稿酬。
6. The Contest does not require entry fees and the entries will be not be returned. The organizer has the right to use the selected entries to publish, exhibit and in related promotion. No other remuneration will be paid.
7．投稿者应保证其为所报送作品的作者，并对该作品拥有独立、完整的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所报送的作品不侵犯第三人的著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等任何权利。凡违反上述保证导致相关纠纷的，一切法律责任均由投稿者本人承担。
7. By entering the Contest, the entrants acknowledge and warrant that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrants, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, rights of reputation and privacy of the third party. In case of disputes resulting from violating the above warrants, the entrants must undertake all liabilities.

著作权、作品真实性问题等不符合征稿要求的作品，一经发现，主办单位将取消其参赛资格、收回作品稿酬和荣誉证书，并在媒体上通报。
8. By entering the Contest, the entrants consent to the above rules. In case of incompatibility with rules of the Contest, including copyrights infringements and authenticity problems, the organizer will disqualify the submitted photographs from exhibition, awards and honorary credentials and notify it on the media.
9．投稿作品在邮寄过程中损毁、灭失或迟到、未到的，主办单位不承担相关责任。
