After reading a piece of news about doing chores, I think every family has lots of housework. Although the two girls are President Obama’s daughter, they are asked to do housework in the White House.
Each of us should learn to do some of it. Doing housework is also a kind of exercise. I often help my parents do housework such as washing clothes, cleaning the room and watering flowers. I think I’ve learned how to take good care of myself and my family by doing housework. Sometimes cleaning all the windows is an enjoyable experience. I really feel proud of myself.
The winter holiday is coming. I’m going to learn how to cook some dishes for my parents. I’m sure my parents will be happy to enjoy them after coming back from their work.
In a word, doing chores is a good experience for our teenagers. It is necessary for our students to do it!
