一.Teaching Goals
Master the new words out, dish, practice, before, do the dishes and learn to talk about the rules by using the following sentences I can’t go out on school nights. I have to do my homework after school. I have to learn to practice the guitar. And tell the students that they should obey the rules at home, at school or in the society.
二.Teaching and learning steps: Step1. Review
1 Students work in pairs, ask and answer:What can we do at school? What can’t we do? And what do we have to do? Talk about school rules. For example: Don’t arrive late for class.
Don’t run in the hallways. Don’t listen to music in class. Don’t fight with others. Don’t talk loudly in class.
We have to finish our homework on time.
2. Role play the dialogue 2d on page 20 in front of the class.
