狠抓教学常规才是大上质量的终南捷径
教学抓改革,改革抓规范,规范抓落实,落实须有标准。学校工作千头万绪,教学,才是学校的中心工作。开展课程改革,加强教学研究,强化教学常规,规范教学行为,才是促进教师专业发展、提高教学质量和实现育人目标的基本保证和关键行为。
近几年来,在各项业务检查中发现,各学科在运行过程中不同程度地出现各个教学环节的不规范性,为进一步规范教师的教学行为,进一步加强对教学常规的有效管理,进一步推进素质教育发展进程,实现安站教育又快又好地发展,全面提升小学教育教学质量,根据上级要求及安站镇实际,参照《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范》和《肥城市小学教学规范》,小学教研室研究制定了《安站镇小学教学常规执行标准》。本标准进一步整合了教学的各个环节,细化了各环节的相关要求,从各方面对检查的内容进行了规范,以期实现对安站镇小学教育教学工作严细实恒新高的管理。此标准一是作为以后视导检查的依据,二是作为评选安站镇十佳教师的条件之一,更是规范教师和教育教学行为的行动指南。望各校认真组织学习,并贯彻渗透到每一位教师之中,从而实现安站教育教学的规范创新与发展提高。

几 点 说 明
1、关于备课:
目前备课使用导学案,具体方式在市里没有定性之前先按照学校备课组研究的样式来备课。其他学科也要备好课,必须保证在上课时有教案。
2、单元测试:
每个单元复习后要及时测试、及时批改、及时讲评,并让学生做好错题完善(或在试卷上完善或另行添加完善),所有试卷都要有变式练习,同时要求教师要进行二次批改(即对学生改正的题目进行批改)。
3、作业封面要有教师寄语,首页要有学生作业承诺书。 4、语、数、英三科作业必须有温馨批语,其他学科可自行掌握。
