摘 要
本次的毕业设计是保护罩冷冲压模的设计。其冲压工艺的设计与零件的制造需要六道加工工序-落料、拉深、整形、冲孔、翻边和修边,本文分析了壳体的成形过程,介绍了模具结构及设计过程。按照模具设计的一般步骤和要求,对零件的冲压工艺性进行分析,拟定了冲压零件的工艺方案,确定了冲压件的排样方式和计算材料利用率。
本文的主要内容是分析它的工艺性并设计它的冲压模具。首先根据该零件的结构特点和所用材料特点进行工艺分析和工艺计算,进而确定出工艺方案。确定的工艺方案中选用三套模具:第一套是落料拉深复合模具,第二套是整形冲孔复合模具,最后一套为翻边模具;然后根据工艺计算对模具的具体结构和所需各个零件进行设计和选择,通过计算各所需力,初选用压力机为开式压力机J23-100,其公称压力为1000KN;最后在计算机上用CAD绘图软件画出所有的总装图和零件图,并标注各个零件的尺寸,技术要求及其制造标准。设计过程中参考了各种文献资料和技术标准。

Stamping Technology and Die Design of BOOT
ABSTRACT
The task of this graduation design is making a stamping die of boot. It’s shaped by six working procedures, such as blanking, deep drawing, final shaping, flanging and rework. The forming technology of boot is analyzed and, the die structure and its design process is introduced in this article. The article require, first at part punching technology go on and analyse by quality and then draft punching the technology schemes according to the general measureses of die design, it determines to arrange style way and calculate material utilization ratio.Following the common step and demand of die design, the stamping technology of the part is analyzed, the scheme is established, the location of the billet is set down and the using rate of material is caculated.
The important content is that :We design dies basing on the item’s characteristic and practical necessity. By proper technical analysis and technical calculation, we work out three kinds of designing project. Comparing these projects,we select the best project of all. The project includes three sets of dies,the first one is a blanking-drawing compound die, and the other one is a shaping die,and the last one is a flanging die. It is efficient and the structure is not complex. Then calculate the pressure of each proce, and choose proper press machine(here the choice is J23-100,a kind of gap-frane press). Choose standard items and design other items. At last, draw them all in computer by CAD, which is a program basing on drawing. And give clear indication of standard to manufacture. The designing process refers to some technical standards, and other reference books.
