当 Forney 产品与其它厂商的产品组合成整体系统被设计或制造时，正如在总体条款和销售条件中 所陈诉的，Forney 的保证条款只适用于 Forney 本身的产品而不适用于任何其它设备或联合系统的整体 性能。
WARRANTIES
Forney guarantees for one year from the date of installation or 18 months from date of manufacture of its products to replace, or, at its option, to repair any product or part thereof (except lamps, electronictubes and photocells) which is found defective in material or workmanship or which otherwise fails toconform to the description of the product on the face of its sales order. THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND FORNEY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.Except as specifically stated inthese general terms and conditions of sale, remedies with respect to any product or part number manufactured or sold by Forney shall be limited exclusively to the right to replacement or repair as above provided.In no event shall Forney be liable for consequential or special damages of any nature that may arise in connection with such
product or part.
