—I will close my eyes for a while and take a deep breath. Also, I'll try to smile a bit to make myself feel better.
—Before the interview, I should get fully prepared. I will familiarize myself with the usual questions and appropriate answers. Also, I will collect a lot of information about the company I want to join and its requirements for the advertised position. When I am equipped with sufficient information, I will feel more confident and less nervous.

On the other hand, if the acquiring company does not think our small company is worth a lot and the shareholders' interests are affected, then I would certainly be against the takeover.
