意义：展示才华，了解西方文化习俗

1. 为了激发学生读书的热情, 我们学校于2012年九月
13日在学校报告厅举行了主题为\读书点亮人生\的第一届读书节. 2.共有1000余人参加了活动,包括了受邀请的专家和师生.
3.活动期间,共有2000余册各类图书参展, 同时也举办了各类受欢迎的活动. 4.在活动中,有著名专家关于读书方面的讲座.

In order to inspire the reading enthusiasm of the students, our school successfully held the First Reading Festival with the topic of \life \on Setemper 13, 2012 in the school leture hall.2.There were as many as 1000 people attending the Reading Festival, including some invited experts, teachers and students. 3.During the festival, over 2000 different/ various books were displayed/ on show and in the meanwhile, many kinds of / a variety of activities were held as well, in which some famous experts were invited to give letures about reading books. 4.Besides, not only were many kinds of books sold on the spot, but teachers and students also exchanged their ideas/ thoughts. 5. It’s known to all that the whole society are exposed to the disease of H1N1 and more and more people have got infected . Doctors and nurses are busy attending the patients in the hospital. They make great contributions in the incident . But who is to blame for the outbreak of H1N1? Apart from polluted water and polluted air, experts also link the severe situation to individual daily habits. However, so far, an effective cure for H1N1 has not been found .

And some people are afraid that some will be misled by some unhealthy information. On the other hand, blogging allows students the chance to practice the ability of writing. It can also enable students to expand their scope of knowledge. Furthermore, blog-based discussions will help to develop students’ ability to

I think blogging does more good than harm and I am generally a big supporter of student-blogging. To make good use of it, I would like to give some suggestions. Above all, I think on blogs we had better discuss the suitable subjects and every blog-reader should have the ability to distinguish right from wrong so as not to be misled by some rumors. Besides, I strongly recommend that students should balance study against blogging. Last but not least, what we should be doing is to contact others more often, rather than letting this tool become the excuse of the lack of communication.
