外来人员安全承诺书
欢迎来到太阳化学（海安）公司，为规避您在厂区内的人身财产安全受到损害，以及预防各类事故发生，现将环境和健康安全规定和其他要求告知如下，请您遵守以下：
1.进厂前，请认真阅读我公司的《入厂须知》，并熟知相关规定。 2.请认真提供证件，配合保安做好入厂手续登记工作，佩戴好访客证件； 3.全厂为禁烟区，任何人不得在厂区吸烟。对于进入二道的外来人员，请将你携带香烟或打火机（火柴）入在保安室。
4.进入厂区，必须有人接待或陪同。无人接待或陪同，不得进入厂区； 5.进入二道门时，应当遵守公司悬挂的各类环境和健康安全标志，佩戴正确的劳动防护用品。
6.送货、施工等进入二道门的车辆，必须佩戴的阻火器；
7.施工、装卸货等在厂区作业人员，不得进入车间，不得启动和使用我公司任何设备设施、电气开关、阀门和仪表等；
8.进出公司，请配合门卫例行检查；
注：本人承诺，已接受甲方入厂口头安全教育，同时，已认真阅读完以上环境和健康安全规定和相关要求，完全理解以上要求的含义，并能够严格按照其执行。
