尽管中国造纸工业今后的发展会面临着资源和资金等方面的困难，然而只要努力奋斗、不断进取，中国造纸工业一定会建设成为立足于世界之林的现代化造纸工业，中国造纸工业的发展也将会对世界造纸业的发展产生十分重要的影响。
