Atom Volumes & Surfaces:Connolly surface, Solvent surfaces
Find Equivalent Atoms:The Find Equivalent Atoms dialog allows you to match atoms in one 3D model document with the equivalent atoms in another document. Atom matching is necessary in order to determine a reaction pathway using the Reaction Previewdialog.
Reaction Preview:The Reaction Preview dialog allows you to interpolate between the reactant and the product of a chemical reaction in order to obtain a reaction pathway. The interpolated pathway is determined geometrically, using Linear Synchronous Transit (LST. The results of the interpolation can be used for transition state searching with, for example,DMol3.
