摘 要
城中村是在特定历史条件下出现的具有中国特色的城市化现象，它的发展给城市带来了许多负面的影响。但城中村的改造绝非易事，需要巨大的人力、物力、财力作为支持，而且涉及不同部门和不同主体（政府、开发商、村民集体、村民等），由此引出了三个问题：第一，改造过程中各个主体间怎么调和，第二，用于改造的巨大资金如何筹措，第三，改造后遗留的问题怎样处理。
本文选取西安市刚家寨村为代表，从宏观介入，首先阐述了国内外有关城中村改造的研究情况，明确了本文的目的、意义和研究方法；在借鉴国内外的相关研究理论成果的前提下，来解决微观的实际问题，探索西安市刚家寨村改造的路径，就刚家寨村的具体情况进行实例分析，对改造的难点、现实问题、如何解决资金以及改造后遗留问题进行分析和对策的提出。 【关键词】 ： 城中村 改造 分析 对策

Abstract
The village in the city(VIC) is a phenomenon of typical urbanization in China under special historical circumstances.VIC brings so many negative influences to city development. But the reform is not easy, the reconstruction of the village in city need a huge investment, manpower, material resources and financial power, on the other hand, it will involve the different section and the interest-subjects(government, developers, cottage, village people and so on).So the lead to three problems: Firstly, how to adjust interest and resolve of all interests subject in the process of reconstruction; Secondly, how to raise huge reconstruction funds; Thirdly, how to handle problem with reconstruction.
This passage selected as the representive Gangjiazhai of Xi`an from the macro to intervene,First of all, described the transformation of domestic and foreign research in the village.Defined the purpose of this paper,significance and research methods.In reference to foreign-related research under the premise of the exoterica results.To solue practical problems in micro,to explore ways of transforming Gangjiazhai in Xi`an ,take Gangjiazhai as a real case to analyze,For the difficulties of transformation,real problems,how to solue the funds and the left problems other transformation to analyze and the propose countermeasures.
