甲状腺功能减退与妊娠期高血压疾病相关性探讨

摘要：目的 分析探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与甲状腺功能减退之间的临床相关性。方法 分析于我院治疗的128例孕产妇，将其分为观察组（合并甲状腺功能减退）65例与对照组（不合并甲状腺功能减退）63例。测定孕产妇FT3、FT4、TSH水平，以及各组妊娠结局、新生儿出生后一般情况、出现并发症情况。结果 观察组孕产妇FT3、FT4水平低于对照组，TSH水平高于对照组，两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P

Correlation Analysis of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy and Hypothyroidism LI Jian-feng

甲状腺疾病是一种较常见的内分泌系统疾病，尤以育龄期女性在孕期较为多见。研究发现[1]，妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退对孕妇及胎儿会产生较大影响。不仅增加了孕产妇在孕期出现贫血、高血压、糖代谢异常等疾病的概率，甚至可诱发孕产妇出现流产、早产、死胎等。甲状腺功能减退者易出现高血压，而妊娠期高血压综合征为仅次于产科出血的第二位孕产妇致死原因[2]，因此临床中应积极寻找对应措施，以降低相关原因引起的母婴高死亡率。虽然近年来
