中文摘要
随着我国市场经济体制改革的深化和资本市场的快速发展，经济领域的复杂性、不确定性日益凸显，企业发生财务危机乃至破产倒闭的情形越来越多。企业发生财务危机，不仅威胁到企业自身的生存与发展，而且还影响到投资人、债权人和国家的利益。因此，建立财务预警系统，提早发现企业陷入财务危机的征兆，采取相应措施，进行危机管理，无疑可以大大提高企业的抗风险能力，同时也能够保护企业相关利益者的利益。
本文在分析了企业陷入财务危机的原因后，使用定量分析的方法，建立了两个判别财务危机的预警模型：基于主成分分析的Logistic模型和费歇（Fisher）模型。之后，选取了35家陷入财务危机的公司和67家非财务危机公司作为样本，以2002年至2004年间的公开财务报表的数据为计算依据，并利用SPSS统计分析软件进行了实证分析。最后对实证分析的数据进行了对比分析，并获得比较理想的结果。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of Chinese market economy system reform and the rapid development on the domestic capital market, the complexity and the incertitude of the economy field is increasingly becoming obvious. It is a common fact that more and more enterprises are down to bankruptcy and liquidation because of financial distress. Financial crisis is real a threat not only to the existence of enterprises, but also to the investors, creditors and the interest of the country. If we can establish an effective financial early-warning system for enterprises to find out the premonition of distree, then we can take some measures, such as crsis management, to control it in time and the enterprises will improve there ability of resisting risk and keep away the financial crisis.
After the reasons leading to financial distress are analyzed in my article, I use quantitative analysis to construct two models, the Logistic model based on PCA and the Fisher model to judge whether a company has met with financial crisis or not. After selecting 35 listed corporations which were in the financial crisis and 67 listed corporations which were not in the financial distress as the sample companies, I use the statistic software, SPSS, to analyze these companies according their opening financial reports. At last I compared the data of Logistic model based on PCA with the latter, and got an approving result.
