船舶电力系统在运行中可能会出现各种不正常运行状态 和故障,不正常运行状态主要有过载、欠压、过压和故障,不正常运行状态主要有过载、欠压、过压、欠频、过频以及中性点绝缘系统发生的单相接地等[1]。这些不正常状态发展到一定程度就演变成故障。舶电力系统继电保护的作用就是监视电力系统运行状态,提高电力系统运行的安全可靠性。同时它还是船舶电力系统自动化的重要组成部分。
