Payment term and date of monthly salary
The company will pay the salary of last month (calendar month) to the employees on tenth of every month through the bank. In the event that the date falls on a festival holiday, wages shall be paid in the following working day.

公司从员工工资中代扣代缴员工个人应承担的各项社会保险费、应缴纳的个人所得税以及法律法规规定的可以从员工工资中扣除或代扣的其它费用。

第五十九条 日工资、小时工资
日工资折算按国家规定的月计薪天数21.75天为基准；小时工资折算以日工资除以8小时为基准。

Daily wage / Hour wage
The converting of daily wage is according to the monthly paying days stipulated by the state-that is 21.75 days; while the converting of hourly wage is based on the quotient by dividing daily wage divided by eight hours.
