主要内容: Part I Warm-up

1) Reasons for most of the complaints and claims: shortage in quantity, wrong delivery, delay in delivery, wrong sizes, improper packing, etc.

2) First, to decide whether the complaint or claim is justified. If so, the seller has to admit it readily, express the regret and promise to settle it rightly. If the seller cannot deal with the complaint or claim promptly, acknowledge it at once, explain that the matter will be investigated and a fully reply will be sent later. If the complaint or claim is not justified, point it out politely in an agreeable manner.

It is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to satisfy customers. The marketing mix consists of the 4Ps:providing the customer with the right product at the right price, presented in the most attractive way promotion)and available in the easiest way (place). Divided the class into small groups

Have each group work as a team to analyze a marking campaign for a product

and identify the 4ps in the campaign.

Ask each group to put together a report their findngs and analyses. Have each group make a presentation in class.

Encourage others Ss to raise questions on their report. PP他 or handouts are preferred for the presentation.
