Dont Hesitate to Say “No”
Helping others is a traditional virtue in China.Helping those who are in difficulty is what we should promote.
However,in our everyday life,if what others want us to do is unreasonable or even illegal,I think we should say “No” without any hesitation.Everyone has his own principle of doing things and we wont do anything opposite to the right principle.If we did,it would do nothing but harm to others and ourselves.In other cases,if the request from others is reasonable but beyond our ability,what we should do is just to say “No”,too.Never promise others what we cant do.If we cant keep our promise,we will be considered dishonest.
In a word,if we dont want to get into unnecessary trouble,just say “No” when quite necessary.
