本课的学习重点是巩固单数动词的表述以及用特殊疑问句What'sthis/that? Which one do you like?和How do you spell that in EngIish?引起对话。 在Look and read栏目中，为了说明蝴蝶的生长过程，用了lays egg（产卵），makes a little house（结茧），comes out（出来）等动词词组，使学生复习巩固单数动词的表述。应该说明的The sun makes the butterfly dry.（阳光使蝴蝶变干燥了。）一句中make的意思是 “使……变成……”例：The song makes me happy.[（唱／听）这首歌使我高兴起来了。] 课文中出现的疑问句What's this/that?Which one do you like?
How do you spell…？等等都是特殊疑问句。为了扩大操练语言的机会，可以增加疑问句，如What colour?How many?等等，使对话内容更加丰富多彩。 学习目标 1．核心词汇

1) become（成为）后可以接名词说明主语的对象，也可以按形容词说明主语的情况。例：
The eggs become small caterpillars.卵变成了毛虫。 I want to become／be a doctor.我想成为一个医生。
The leaves become yellow in autumn.在秋天树叶变黄了。 2) lay eggs（下蛋／产卵），其中lay的意思是“放下”，“搁”，它的搭配是lay sth.on…（把某物放在某地上）。例：
I lay my bag on the desk.我把书包放在课桌上。 3)其注spell（拼写）和write（书写）的区别。 例：spell words（拼单词），write letters（写信），write sentences（写句子）， write your name（写你的名字）。 4) feeler（触角），注意feel是动词，意思足“感觉”。例：
- How do you feel?你觉得怎样？
- I'm/l fell happy/tired/sad／...我（觉得）很高兴/累／不高兴。 5)ugly（丑陋）的反义词是beautiful（漂亮的）。 注意，beautiful同义词是nlce（美好的）。 6) wet（潮湿的）反义词是dry（干燥的）。 4．短语和句型
1) How do you spell that in English?你是怎么用英语拼那个单词的？ 句中的in English意思是“用英语”。例：
We can talk about that in English.我们能用英语谈论那件事。 Linlin can write a letter in English.林林能用英语写信。 2) make a house（造房子），在句中根据上下文，应理解为“结茧”．． 注意make可以组成不同的搭配。如make a noise（发出噪音），
make money（赚钱），make a road（修路），made dresses（缝制衣裙），
make bread/cake（做面包／蛋糕），make paper（造纸），等等。 3) come out（出去），come out of…（从……出去）。例：
