组合夹具基础件的建立及其虚拟设计
摘要:组合夹具是一种先进的工艺装备,它是由一套预先制造好的各种不同形状,
不同规格、不同尺寸、具有互换性、高耐磨性和高精度的标准元件组成,其结构灵活多变,适应性广,元件可长期循环。由于夹具种类较多且夹具设计大多是经验设计,而且设计方法特别灵活,针对传统夹具设计中存在的问题,以及组合夹具元件标准化的特点,本课题为方便组合夹具的使用和管理,利用Solidworks软件强大的功能,采用EXCEL表格驱动技术建立了组合夹具基础件库。在此基础上对零件的典型工艺进行了组合夹具的虚拟装配。最后生成组合夹具工程图。

Abstract: Modular fixture is a kind of advanced process equipment,It is composed of a
set of variety of interchangeable, high wear resistance and high precision pre-fabricated standard components which differ in shapes, specifications and size. its structure is flexible, changeable, adapted widely, and its
components can be cycled for a long-term. Science fixtures have a great variety, fixture design is an experience design and fixture design method is very flexible.Summarizing the deficiencies of traditional fixture design, and the features of standardization of modular fixture elements, this topic is based on the powerful function of Solidworks software , builting modular fixture library by using Excel table-driven technology. Based on this, The virtual assembly of modular fixture was made for the typical process of components and generate modular fixture drawings finally..
