美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭48例临床疗效观察
【摘要】目的：观察美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法：选择我院内科2003年1月～2005年12月住院及门诊慢性心力衰竭患者96例，随机分成两组，对照组常规应用强心剂、利尿剂；观察组在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔及卡托普利，疗程1月。结果：观察组总有效率93.75%，对照组总有效率75%，两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规强心、利尿基础上加用美托洛尔及卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭能有效改善心功能，疗效肯定，安全可靠。

Clinical effect of metaprolol combined with captopril in 48 patients with chronic heart failure

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of metaprolol compined with captopril in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:96 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2003 to December 2005 treated in the in-patient and out-patient departments of our hospital were randromly divided into the observation group and control group.The routine cardiotonic and diuretic were used in both groups,besides this,the observation group was added with metaprolol and captopril for a month.Results:The total effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 75% in the control group,with a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using metaprolol combined with captopril on the basis of the routine treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic for chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function,and its clinical effect is definite and safe.

慢性心力衰竭（CHF）是由于多种不同病因引起的心脏收缩和舒张受损，以致心排出量不足，不能满足机体组织新陈代谢需要的临床综合征。对48例CHF患者在常规强心剂、利尿剂治疗基础上，加用美托洛尔及卡托普利治疗，取得了满意疗效，现报道如下：
