摘 要
本次设计是结合近年来国内外机床行业发展的新趋势,针对柴油机汽缸盖两侧的小孔钻削的组合机床设计.组合机床是由大量的通用部件和少量的专用部件组成的工序集中的高效率机床,它能够对一种(多种)零件进行多刀,多轴,多面,多工位加工,制造的周期短,投资少,经济效益高.

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
This design was unified the new tendency of domestic and foreign machine tool’s industry development in the recent years, aimed at the design of assembled machine tool of the two sides’ pore drilling of diesel engine cylinder’s cover. The assembled machine tool is the centralized working procedure and high efficiency machine tool, which is composed by the massive general parts and the few special parts, it can process one kind (or many kinds)of part on the multi-knives, multiple-spindle, multi- surface, multi-locations. Its manufacture cycle is short, the investment is little ,but the economic benefit is high.
