摘要：
该住宅楼位于郑州市，层数为6层，总建筑面积为3115.92m2 ，采用的是框架结构。在本建筑设计中，充分利用了框架结构的优点。住宅楼的平面采用单元式组合，各功能区明确合理，符合人的行为模式。厨房和卫生间的设计考虑了方便、卫生的要求，内部空间通风采光良好，满足防火要求。每户面积80多平方米。立面和造型反应了新时代住宅建筑的形式。结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算等，综合运用PKPM、天正等软件对计算数据进行了验算和调整。施工组织设计部分包括工程概况、施工方案、技术组织措施以及施工进度计划、施工总平面图。

Abstract
The residential property is located in Qingdao, floor level of 6,and with the total gross floor area of 3115.92 square meters, Using the Framework. bathroom design considerations of the convenience, health requirements of a good internal space for ventilation and lighting of couse, to meet the fire safety requirements. Each household size more
than 80 square meters. The front and modeling meet to a new era of residential buildings.
Structural design includes the structure of selection, the structural arrangement, structural calculations, and so on.. comprehensive use PKPM, Tarch software and so on to the calculations for the residue and adjustment. Organization of the construction design including project profiles, the construction programme, technical organizations measures, as well as the construction project
and total construction plan.

建筑面积约3115.92 m2，楼盖及屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼板厚度取120mm，填充墙采用水泥空心砖。
1.2建筑设计的要求和依据
1.2.1建筑设计的要求
（1）满足用户正常生活的基础上，并为使用者提供良好舒适的环境，是设计的首要任务和重点内容。
（2）采用合理的技术措施。正确选用建筑材料，根据建筑空间组合的特点，选择合理的结构、施工方案，使房屋整体性较好，坚固稳定，经久耐用，建造施工方便。
（3）具有良好的经济效果。建造房屋需要投入大量的人力和物力,因此在房屋的建造过程当中应注意就地取材，因地制宜，并运用合理,有效的施工技术措施,避免材
