摘 要

摘 要

本次毕业设计的课题是6度抗震下的建工学院框架综合楼设计,总建筑面积是5637.87m2,共五层,平面形状呈“H”字形,东西方向长57.87m,南北方向长29.4m,层高为3.9m,总高度为22.1m, 室内外高差0.45m,地面为花岗岩,外墙是250mm水泥空心砖,木门,铝合金窗,根据地质情况,基础采用柱下独立基础和双柱联合基础。

设计主要根据该建筑的功能要求,调和实验室,教室,办公室,会议室以及其他辅助用房,交通走道等的尺寸要求遵守现行规范并按照本人的想法而综合考虑的,同时依据工程地质勘查报告,所处地区的气候资料,建筑材料,施工条件等其他限制条件的要求,在结构计算的原则下,结合工程实际与知识理论,统一起来的设计方案。

计算书的主要是针对5轴处的一榀框架进行分析与计算,包括构件尺寸的初步确定、划分框架的计算单元,绘制计算简图、依照理论原则作出风荷载,竖向荷载下的轴力、弯矩计算并进行相关的内力组合,以及不可缺少的楼盖,连梁以及基础设计。 最后得到构件截配筋情况。

Abstract

Building Construction Engineering topic is the framework under the seismic design of 6 degrees, with a total construction area is 5637.87m2 ,, a total of five, flat shape of \shape, the east-west direction length 57.87m, north-south length of 29.4m, storey 3.9m, a total height of 22.1m, indoor and outdoor height 0.45m, granite floor, wall is 250mm cement hollow brick, wooden doors, aluminum windows, according to the geological conditions, infrastructure independent joint-post basis and the foundation under column.

The building's design is mainly based on functional requirements, reconcile laboratories, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and other ancillary buildings, walkways and other transportation size requirements to comply with existing norms and according to my ideas and considering at the same time based on engineering geological survey report , in which the requirements of other restrictions climate data, building materials, construction conditions and other areas, under the principle of structural calculations, combined with engineering practice and theory of knowledge, unified design.

The main calculations for a 5-axis at Pin framework for analysis and calculations, including component size preliminarily determined computing unit division frame, drawing calculation diagram, in accordance with the theoretical principles to the wind load, vertical load under axial force , bending moment and the associated internal force, as well as indispensable floor, coupling beams and foundation design.

Finally get reinforcement member cut situation.
