摘 要
在工程合同履行的过程可能会发生承包方或者是发包人不履行或未能正确履行合同或者由于其他非自身因素而受到经济损失或权利损害。在这样的情况下受到损害的那方可以通过合同规定的程序向对方提出经济或时间补偿要求，也就是进行工程索赔。索赔是受损方挽回其非自身原因所造成损失的有效工具，可见索赔在建设施工中的重要性。如果能够掌握好一些索赔技巧会让索赔过程有事半功倍的效果，最终获得满意的结果。

Abstract
In the process of engineering contract may occur to the contractor or the employer fails to perform or not properly to perform the contract or due to other non-self factors and economic losses right or damage. In such cases can damage the party through the procedure prescribed by the contract to the other party put forward the economy or the time compensation request, is carries on the engineering claims. Claim is damaged to save its not reason caused by the loss of effective tools, visible in the importance of the construction claim. If you can master some skills will make claim process have twice the result with half the effort, eventually a satisfactory result.
