7.3 测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻
Measuring the insulation resistance of the winding along with the thimble
7.3.1 本试验需在变压器充油后静置20小时后进行。
The test should be done after settling 20 hours when the transformer oiling
is completed.
7.3.2 将高、低压绕组分别首尾短接。用兆欧表5000V档分别测量高压对低压及地、低压
对高压及地的绝缘电阻与吸收比,绝缘电阻值应不小于75兆欧(根据DEP63.10.08.11),吸收比不小于1.3。
Short-circuit the high-voltage winding and the low-voltage winding
respectively from beginning to end. Measuring the insulation resistance and absorption ratio respectively with 5000V megohmmeter between high-voltage and low-voltage & earth, low-voltage and high-voltage & earth, The minimum acceptable insulation resistance value shall be 75Mohms,and the absorption ratio is no less than 1.3。
7.3.3 试验温度与出厂试验温度不同时,换算至同一温度下比较。
Convert it into the same temperature for comparison if the test temperature
is different from the ex-factory test temperature.
7.3.4 测完一组充分放电后,方可进行下一组测量。
Measure a group of insulation resistance and discharge adequately, then
start the next group of measurement.
7.4 测量变压器所有分接头的变压比Measuring the transformer ratio of any tap 7.4.1 按仪器使用方法正确接线,严防高低压绕组测试线接反。
Connecting the wire according to the using method of apparatus in order to
prevent connecting the private wire of the high-voltage winding and the low-voltage winding in reverse.
7.4.2 记录变压器分接位置,按仪器操作方法测量变压器各相在该分接位置时的变压比。 Record the tap position of transformer, measuring the transformation ratio
of each phase in the tap position according to the operating method of

7.4.3 改变分接位置并进行测量,直至所有分接位置测试完毕;改变分接位置时,应先关
闭仪器,切断电源。
Change the tap position and do the measurement till the test of tap position
is completed; Firstly close the apparatus and cut off the electric power when changing the tap position.
7.4.4 所测得变压比与制造厂铭牌数据相比应无明显差别。
Comparing with the nameplate data of manufacturer, the measured
transformation ratio should have no obvious difference.
7.5 测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻
Measure the direct-current resistance of the winding along with the thimble
7.5.1 测量低压侧绕组的相间直流电阻,并在所有分接头位置上测量高压侧绕组每一相的
直流电阻。
Measure the interphase direct-current resistance of low-voltage side
winding, and measure the direct-current resistance of each phase for high-voltage side winding in all the tap position.
7.5.2 被测绕组两端接线要求电压线内接,测试线应有足够截面并与绕组引出线接线板接
触良好。
Internal connecting the pressure wire as both ends of connection for measured
winding required. The private wire should have enough section and, the contact with the terminal block of the winding lead-out wire should be all right.
7.5.3 检查接线无误后,合上仪器电源,检查仪器工作正常,按厂家资料选定合适的量程
开始测试;测试完毕,待放电完毕后,断开电源开关,更换试验接线,测量下一绕组或下一分接位置。
Close the electric power of apparatus after examining the connection. Examine
whether the apparatus works in gear or not, choose the proper range according to the manufacturer’s information and start to test; Then cut off the power switch after discharge, and replace the test connection, measure the next winding or the next tap position.

7.5.4 试验过程中如仪器量程不合适,先停止测试,待放电完毕后方可更换。
Stop testing if the apparatus range is not proper in the course of testing,
and replace it after discharge.
7.5.5 测量过程中拆换线前应充分放电,仪器指示放电完毕后方可进行拆换线,必要时挂
上接地线。
Discharge fully before taking out or changing the line in course of
measurement, then to take out or changing the line after discharge, even hang the earth wire if necessary.
7.5.6 禁止试验过程中断开电源及拉掉接在试品两端的测试线。
Strictly prohibit cutting off the electric source and tearing the private
wire connected at both ends of the test products in course of test.
7.5.7 高压侧绕组各相测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的2%;低压侧绕组相间测得值的相
互差值应小于平均值的1%。
The reciprocal differential value of each phase for high-voltage side winding
should be less than 2% of the average value; the reciprocal differential value of interphase for low-voltage side winding should be less than 1% of the average value.
7.5.8 变比、直阻试验完毕后要将变压器置于额定分接档,并测量高压侧绕组直阻合格方
可投入运行,严禁换档后不测直阻投入运行。
Adjust the transformer to the position of rated tap after the test of
transformer ratio and direct-current resistance, and place it into service if the direct-current resistance of high-voltage side winding is passed. Strictly prohibit placing it into service without measuring the direct-current resistance.
7.6 检查变压器的三相联接组别

7.6.1 用直流感应法检查变压器联接组别,必须与设计要求及铭牌上的标记和外壳上的符
号相符。
Inspecting the connection group sorts of transformer in the way of
direct-current induction, it must agree with the design requirement and mark

on the nameplate and the sign on the outer shell.
7.6.2 用甲电池作直流电源轮流加入变压器高压侧AB、BC、CA端子,相应记录接在低压端
子ab、bc、ca上指针万用表指针的偏转情况。
Connect the terminal AB、BC、CA of high-voltage side for transformer in turn
using the battery as the direct-current power supply, record the deflection
condition of multimeter pointer connected at the low-voltage terminal ab、bc、ca.
7.6.3 测量时注意电池和仪表的极性,高低压侧要对应。
Pay attention to the polarity of battery and instrument when measuring, the high-voltage and the
low-voltage should be corresponding.
7.6.4 操作时要先接通测量回路,然后再接通电源回路。读完数后,要先断开电源回路再
断开测量表计。
Firstly put through the measuring loop, then to put through the power supply
loop. Cut off the power supply loop and then cut off the measuring meter after reading.
7.7 测量绕组连同套管的介损
Measuring dissipation loss of the winding along with the thimble
7.7.1 本试验须在变压器注油工作结束、变压器本体油经检验合格且静置24小时后进行。 The test should not be done until the transformer oiling is completed and
the transformer noumenon oil is settled for 24 hours.
7.7.2 将变压器高低压侧绕组分别短接,按仪器操作方法分别测量高压侧对低压侧及地、
低压侧对高压侧及地、高低压侧对地的介质损耗角正切值和电容值,测量时非被试绕组可靠短接接地。
Short-circuit the high-voltage winding and the low-voltage winding of
transformer respectively, measuring the tangent value of dielectrical loss angle and capacitance value between high-voltage side and low-voltage & earth, low-voltage side and high-voltage side & earth, high-low voltage side and earth according to the operating method of instrument. Earth the non-tested winding through short-circuit.
7.7.3 高低压侧均加压10kV测量。
Measuring the dissipation loss after the high-voltage and the low-voltage
are all pressurized by 10kV.
7.7.4 试验测量结果应不大于出厂试验值的130%。
