一、编制说明:
本方案为吉化集团公司10.6万吨/年丙烯腈扩建工程中间罐区及废水/废液罐区五台白钢非标设备现场制作安装的焊接施工所编制,为了保证焊接质量和施工进度,并合理安排人力和物力,多、快、好、省的完成施工任务,以及安全、经济、规范的进行焊接施工,特编制本方案。
