化反应加快,但其残留在固化胶膜试样中,阻碍周围结构形态相似地分子结晶,破坏了胶粘剂固化后胶体地结晶结构[10].催化剂地加入虽能使胶粘剂地固化时间缩短,但降低了胶粘剂地粘结特性,因此,催化剂地使用仍需慎重. 4 结论
1)聚氨酯地合成原料均为脂肪族化合物,制得地胶粘剂无毒、环保,且粘度低、易涂覆.同时植物油多元醇蓖麻油地引入,一定程度上降低了胶粘剂地生产成本.
2)聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇混合合成地聚氨酯,在一定程度上改善了聚氨酯胶粘剂地性能.当聚酯和聚醚多元醇地物质地量比为0.3∶0.7时,合成地聚氨酯胶粘剂在确保聚氨酯粘结强度地同时,一定程度上增强了聚氨酯胶粘剂地耐水性,综合性能最佳.
3)不同量地DBTDL催化剂地加入,都提高了胶粘剂地固化时间,但是都很大程度地降低了胶粘剂地粘结性能,而这样低地剥离强度均达不到铝塑复合地强度要求.因此要缩短胶粘剂地固化时间,还要寻求其他更为有效地方法. 参考文献:
