加涅的教学理论
加涅根据信息加工心理学原理提出了一个得到广泛认可的学习和记忆的信息加工模型。他把完整的教学过程划分为9个阶段：引起注意、告知目标、提示回忆原有知识、呈现教材、提供学习知道、引出作业、提供反馈、评估作业和促进保持与迁移。引起注意是教学过程中的首要因素。从信息加工的观点来看，如果个体对作用于感觉器官的刺激信息未加注意，那么，这些信息就会在很短的时间内遗忘。知识教学的基本目的是要使学生将知识存入长时记忆；因为只有存入长时记忆的知识，学生才能用它来学习新知识或解决问题。因此，教师在教学过程开始时，即课堂导入时，必须要考虑：怎样才能引起学生对学业的注意。 Gagne's Instructional Theory
