（6）Modify folder’s size：right click or click on the red arrow of the folder，and then choose 【Size Limit】.
After revise the limitation and click 【OK】to complete modification。
（7） Cancel size limit：right click or click on the red arrow of the folder，and choose 【Size Limit】, then tick off 【Folder Size Limit】.
（8）Check folder property：right click the folder and choose【folder property】.
The dialog box shows folder’s properties like type，location，size and creat time.
（9）Create Access Code：right click the folder and choose 【Access Code】.
In the dialog box, you can choose to copy the Access Code，or send it directly to his/her mailbox.
