写作思路
第一段：表示歉意（简明说明写信目的，为自己的过失表示歉意，希望得到对方谅解）
第二段：说明原因（说明情况，解释原因，语气要诚恳）
第三段；另约时间（提出补救方法，具体写出自己的想法，希望能弥补过失）
开头常用句子：
1. I'm sorry to say that... 2. I'm terribly sorry, but... 3. I'm writing to say sorry for.. 4. I must apologize for (not) doing ... 5. Please accept my sincere apology for... 6. I am writing this letter to express my regret.. 7. I must beg your forgiveness for... 正文常用句子：
