摘 要
可编程控制器(PLC)技术，在当今社会发展异常迅速，各生产厂家也推出了许多强大的新型PLC、各种特殊模块和通信联网器件，使可编程控制器成为集微机技术、自动化技术、通信技术于一体的通用工业控制装置，既提高了操作的准确性、安全性、稳定性，同样也带来了极大的经济性，成为实现工业自动化的一种强有力的工具。应用PLC技术，解决工业全自动洗衣机的编程，稳定性相当好，同时实现了洗衣机的多功能性。
PLC在工业洗衣机中的运用，是对旧式普通型、半自动型洗衣机的是综合改造。它不同与家用全自动洗衣机，这是一款应用在工厂需大批量洗涤场合，解决生产生活中洗涤任务繁重的需要而设计的。在思考工业全自动洗衣机的电气控制方式中，选择PLC作为微电脑程序控制，同时由其控制变频器带动电动机的运行方向。
本篇论文主要介绍了在工厂这种特殊场合有PLC应用在工业洗衣机控制系统中，解决生产生活中洗涤任务繁重的需要而制造的。 关键词：PLC;变频器;洗衣机
Abstract
Programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, in today's society is developing rapidly, the manufacturer also rolled out a lot of powerful new PLC, various special module and communication networking device, a set of programmable controller computer technology, automation technology, communications technology in one generic industrial control devices, industrial automation achieving a powerful tool.Application of PLC technology, solve industrial automatic washing machine programming, stability is very good, while achieving a multifunctional washing machine.
PLC in industrial washing machine in use, the old general type, semi-automatic washing machine is the integrated transformation.It is different with the household full automatic washing machine, this is an application in the factories need a large number of washing occasions, solve manufacturing life cleaning tasks required design.In thinking about the industrial automatic washing machine electrical control mode, selection of PLC as a microcomputer program control, at the same time is controlled by the frequency converter to drive the motor running direction.
This thesis introduces the PLC application in the industrial washing machine control system to solve the arduous task of washing in the production and living needs of the manufacturing factory special occasions .
