幼师学生幼儿体操创编能力培养的实践研究
【摘要】：随着社会的快速发展，人们对孩子的未来赋予了更多的关注。孩子作为祖国的花朵，需要得到更好的教育，这就要求幼儿老师必须适应社会发展要求，提高自己的教学水平，不能只是按照传统的只是进行教学，必须有所创新改变。幼儿教师的幼儿体操创编能力决定着幼儿体育教学的质量，幼师学生作为未来的幼儿教师，应该具备独立创编幼儿体操的能力，才能适应幼儿体育教学工作的发展。幼师体育教学的基本要求是通过体育课让幼儿学生学会体操的基本动作，与此同时让学生掌握幼儿体操的创编能力，为将来的职业生涯奠定基础。本文笔者主要介绍的是幼师学生幼儿基本体操创编能力培养实践研究的过程。研究的目的在于对幼儿教师的创编能力培养以及为了课程的有效整合。①研究方法是通过设置实验班和对照班，实验班进行课程整合，改善教学方法，增加实践环节。对照班不做任何改变。研究结果发现，通过对各门课程的有机整合，改善了教学方法并且增加学生的实践环节，使得实验班学生对幼儿体操的创编能力有了很大的提高。幼师学生幼儿体操的创编能力的培养是一个循序渐进，不断积累，逐步提高的过程，它贯穿于教学始终，提高幼师生的体育能力，是幼师学生职业的需要，也是幼师师范学校教学体制改革的方向。幼师体育教学应拓展教学目标，培养幼师学生体育教学能力，为学生将

Abstract: along with the progress of the society, people's living level gradually improves. Children as the hope of the motherland, the parents' hopes, needs to get better education, which requires the infant teachers must adapt to social development requirements, improve their teaching level, not just according to the traditional teaching, the innovation must be changed. Preschool teachers of young children gymnastics choreographing capability determines the quality of children's sports teaching, as a prospective preschool teachers, preschool teacher students should have the ability to independent creating children gymnastics, can adapt to the development of children's sports teaching work. Teachers of physical education teaching basic requirements is through physical education to let students learn basic gymnastics movement, at the same time let the students master creeper gymnastics choreographing capability, lay the foundation for future career. Are mainly introduced in this paper, the author research on children's basic gymnastics choreographing capability cultivation practice preschool teacher. Research is aimed at the plait of preschool teachers' ability training, and in order to effectively integrate. Research method is by setting the experimental classes and that in
comparative classes and experimental classes of curriculum integration, improve teaching methods, increase practical links. That in comparative classes does not do any change. The results of the study showed that by a organic integration for all courses, improve the teaching methods and increase students' practice, makes experimental classes the student to the children's gymnastics choreographing capability had the very big enhancement. Baby gym teachers students creating and ability is a gradual, continuous accumulation, the process of gradually increase, it consistently throughout the teaching, improve the young teachers' and students' sports ability, is the need of preschool teacher student career, also is preschool teacher training school teaching reform direction. Staff sports teaching should develop teaching goals, develop teacher’s students in physical education teaching ability, for the students lay a solid foundation for a career that in the future.

作为幼儿的启蒙老师，幼师对孩子们所传授的知识，营造的课堂氛围对孩子的身体素质和精神面貌的健康发展起着重要的作用。这就要求幼师不仅要有较好的模仿能力，更要求他们的自编自导能力。幼儿
基本体操对幼儿的骨骼发育，身心健康都有着极为重要的意义。通过锻炼幼儿基本体操，可以使幼儿的骨骼、肌肉、关机和韧带发育更加良好。通过幼儿体操课程，让孩子们的平衡能力和协调能力得以提高。只有有而有了健康体魄，才会有更好的抵抗疾病的能力，非常有利于幼儿的健康成长。②为了适应幼儿园对体育教育的更高要求，学校对幼师艺术体育课程进行了较大的改革。其中对培养幼师生对体操的创编能力做出了新的要求。伟大的教育学家陶行知先生曾经说过：“教育不能创造什么，但它能启发解放儿童创造力，以从事于创造之工作。”正如陶行知先生所说的，教育的目的不仅是学习知识，更重要的是挖掘学生的潜能，提高他们的创造力。通过对幼师学生的调查研究，问卷结果显示百分之七十三的学生喜欢体操教育，由此不难发现幼儿基本体操教育是幼师学生喜欢的教学课程。调查同时发现百分之就是以上的学生喜欢自己创造编制幼儿体操来完成教学任务。这就要求教师在幼师体育教育中应该鼓励和培养幼师学生对幼儿体操进行创编。在教学的同时，有积极印发学生思考、创新，帮助学生独立完成幼儿体操的创编工作。 二、文献综述
