Material Inspection Certificate µçÆø¼°×Ô¶¯»¯ ELECTRIC AND AUTOMATISATION Screen input station he screen input station consists of a modern screen with integrated keyboard. It is especially recommended if production lines with many operation functions are to be controlled. The operator is using a clear operation surface (screen) instead of a big control panel. To each main component (i. e. coiler, leveling machine, feeder, etc.) a mask is assigned, in which all corresponding operation functions are included. Especially for this lines we connect the screen input station to an operator guiding program, an error diagnosis and also a data administration. 3 control panels will be installed at leveling machine, cut-to-length-shears and magnetic stacker. ¼ìÑé½á¹û Ô¤ÑéÊÕ ÖÕÑéÊÕ Error diagnoses The error diagnosis is a system showing any malfunction which is not obvious. The componentry in which the malfunction occurs is named on the screen. By means of this system errors are found easier and standstills can be minimized. All operation faults and bad conditions are recorded in the system, total fault numbers 9999, fault code numbers are displayed on the main control panel of the line and simultaneously on the sub-control panels with comment in English/Chinese language. (switchable). Operator of guiding program The operator guiding program is a software package which draws the attention of the operator to inadmissible or illogical inputs. If, for example the security stop is actuated because of an excessive inclination of the upper roller frame as a result of faulty inputs of the setting values for the inlet and outlet of the leveling machine, the operator may not understand why the machine stopped. When using the operator guiding program he would see the following message on the screen: \ Tele-Service-System Sundwig Lahr will installe a modem for Tele-Service. Switch cabinets The complete switch gear unit including regulating and control techniques is completely developed by our engineers and is constructed and mounted in our own electrical shop. Our experts also develop and attend to all of our software programs. The switch gear unit is housed in switch cabinets positioned on the floor. The switch board cabinets of the stacking units are situated on the corresponding stacking bridge. Supply voltage of 380 V +/-10% considered Switch board cabinets air conditioned Temperature sensors for motor bigger than 2,2 kW Frequency controls made by SEW preferred Frequency converters for servo drives made by Indramat Bus system by Siemens Profibus Automatization devices - product serie S7 For switch gear and control elements parts made by Siemens are used

Material Inspection Certificate µçÆø¼°×Ô¶¯»¯ ELECTRIC AND AUTOMATISATION Visualization via software based on Windows, fully graphical design with Siemens sreen OP 37. Error messages with report of time and cause as well as time of clearance. All operation texts in English and Chinese. ¼ìÑé½á¹û Ô¤ÑéÊÕ ÖÕÑéÊÕ Administration of parameters for 200 material numbers with up to 30 values for each number This administration of parameters can store: ? Pressure strip-take-off rollers ? Position inlet of leveler ? Position outlet of leveler ? Pressure 2-roller-feed ? Feed length ? Feed speed ? Feed acceleration ? Die-clearance ? Width adjustment of telescopic conveyor belt ? Width adjustment of stacking bridge ? Length adjustment of blank stopping system ? Width adjustment of blank stopping system When entering a new number, these parameters have to be programmed on the screen of the strip line. When resetting to a adjustment which is already stored only the new code number has to be input. By releasing the traversing movements, all axes convert to the new adjustment. For the code number a 8-digit number can be used. Operation The whole line can be controlled by automatic as well as by manual function. Partial devices of the line can be operated separately. All functions can be reserved (motors). The actual stadium of each devuce can be monitored. The line's control system will calculate the number of parts will be cut depending on the dimension of the parts and the maximum stacking height and monitor it. Cables Each machine is equipped with a certain cable length which allows the installation of the switch cabinets on top of the stacker. Cable installation The cables are installed in cable channels below floor. The preparation work (foundation), the installation of the cable channels and covering of channels is done by the customer. The cabling inside of the machine is carried out by Messrs. Sundwig Lahr The power supply (cable) from the customer¡¯s connecting point to the switch cabinets is done by Sundwig Lahr
