摘 要
可编程控制器(PLC)作为以自动控制技术为基础通信技术发展起来的新一代工业控制装置，目前已被广泛应用于各个领域。凭借其优越的性能，PLC问世以后得到快速发展。
本论文理论与实践相结合，详细阐述了PLC在自动化生产线领域中的应用，首先通过对MPS05模块化自动化生产线--III站的各个动作的了解来设计加工的过程，然后按照加工的要求来设计梯形图，最后调试和应用。以达到了解自动化生产线在现代生活中的重要性。在设计过程中包括PLC机型的选择，I/O端口的分配，I/O硬件接线图的绘制，PLC梯形图程序的设计。对PLC控制MPS05模块化自动化生产线的工作过程作了详细阐述，论述了采用PLC的控制系统来设计生产线的好处。

Abstract
PLC is gradually developed into a new generation industrial control device, which is based on basic communication control technology as automatic control technology. At present, it has been widely used in various fields. Because of its superior performance. PLC develops at a very fast speed since it came out.
The thesis is blended with theory and practice, which illustrates concretely the application of the PLC in automatic production line. First it is designed and processed by understanding each motion of MPS05 module automatic production line-III station. Then, design echelon chart according to the requirements of processing. Debugging and application are the last two steps. The aim is to know the importance of the automatic production line in module life. It includes the option of the PLC model number the allocation of the I/O ports, the drawing of the I/O hardware wiring diagram, the design of the PLC ladder chart program. There are some concrete introductions for the working process of the MPS05 modularization automatic production line which is control by the PLC, and it also expounds, the advantages of designing production line by using PLC control system.
