摘 要
本设计是根据成都市龙泉驿桂博豪庭居民楼E的技术规范，图纸及其他有关文件而编制的，遵循工程量计算规则，以2009年《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》为编制依据，针对成都市龙泉驿桂博豪庭居民楼E进行施工组织和控制价的编制：
1、 首先熟悉图集、定额，根据提供的施工图纸，了解工程的基本情况，按照《2008年工程量清单计价规范》手动计算出该工程前两层的土建、装饰工程量。
2、 再根据提供的施工图纸，用斯维尔软件计算出整个工程的土建、装饰工程量并校核手算部分工程量。
3、 根据工料机的数量确定该工程的工期，并安排劳动力、材料、机械使用计划，进行施工组织的编制，绘制施工网络图、横道图以及平面位置图。 4、 利用宏业计价软件，算出工程各项费用和总费用，根据工程实际条件确定各费用的费率，进行控制价的编制。

Abstract
This design is established on the basis of the technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents of Longquanyi Guibo Hao Ting, Chengdu residential buildings E, follows the engineering calculation rules, abides by the “Sichuan Province of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works Quota of 2009”, aims at the construction organization and the price management of Longquanyi Guibo Hao-ting, Chengdu residential buildings E. This design is as follows:
Firstly, be familiar with the blueprint, quota, knowing about the basic information of the construction in accordance with the supplied construction drawings, calculating the quantity of civil engineering and the decoration of its first two floors on the basis of “The Specification of the Engineering Quantity List Valuation in 2008”.
Secondly, on the basis of the supplied construction drawings and with the
Brownsville software to calculate the entire works of civil engineering, the amount of the decoration works and check the hand computation of construction work quantity. Thirdly, in the light of the quantity the number of machines to determine the duration of the project, and arrange for labor, materials, mechanical plans as well as the preparation of construction organization, and draw construction network diagram, Gantt chart, and print location map.
Fourthly, make use of the Hongye pricing software to calculate the total cost as well as the left price of the project, working out control price determined in accordance with the actual conditions of the project. Keywords Bill of Quantity；Control price；of construction organization
