摘 要
一个国家经济的发展需要不断的调整产业结构，使产业结构不断优化和升级；随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，贸易已经成为了一个国家经济发展的重要组成部分。产业结构和贸易结构又有着千丝万缕的联系。本文主要是对我国的产业结构调整和贸易的发展谈了自己的看法和认识。主要内容包括一是产业结构与贸易发展的相关理论研究，其中包括了对相关理论的概述，对产业结构和贸易结构关系的分析。二是我国产业结构和对外贸易的现状以及存在的问题，首先对我国产业结构的现状和问题进行了分析，然后对我国的贸易发展的现状和问题进行了分析。三是调整我国的产业结构和发展对外贸易的建议和对策。文本从八个方面提出了建议和对策：分别是转变传统的经济发展模式；发展高新技术产业，优化产业结构；推动服务业的发展，带动工业的转型升级；发展规模经济和集约经济，大力拓展对外贸易市场；整体协调多元化发展贸易；在稳定的基础上实现贸易方式的转型升级；支持网络贸易，改变贸易模式；妥善解决贸易纠纷，维护我国对外贸易的正当利益。四是综上所论得出的结论。

ABSTRACT
A state economy development need to constantly adjust the industrial structure, the industrial structure optimization and upgrading; with the acceleration of global economic integration, trade has become a national economic development an important part. The industrial structure and trade structure there have all kinds of connections with contact. This paper is mainly on the development of our country's industrial structure adjustment and trade on their own views and understanding. The main content includes a is related to the theory of industrial structure and trade development, including an overview of relevant theories, analysis of the industrial structure and trade structure. The two is China's industrial structure and foreign trade status and existing problems, the present situation and the problems of China's industrial structure is analyzed, and then on China's trade development present situation and the problem analysis. Three is the suggestions and Countermeasures of industrial structure and the development of foreign trade adjustment of our country. The text puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from eight aspects: namely, to change the traditional model of economic development; the development of high-tech industry, optimize the industrial structure; promote the development of service industry, promote industrial upgrading; developing economies of scale and intensive economy, vigorously develop foreign trade market; the overall coordination of the diversified development of trade; implementation of the transformation of trade the way the upgrade on the basis of stability; support network trade, change the pattern of trade; properly resolve trade disputes, safeguard the legitimate interests of China's foreign trade. Four is the sum up of the conclusion.
