摘 要
企业在成长的过程中，并不是一帆风顺的，会遇到很多困难，因此我们要洞察这个企业的危机，提早发现危机，可以解决不必要的困难和麻烦，财务风险是企业在财务管理过程中必须面对的一个现实问题，财务风险是客观存在的，企业管理者对财务风险只有采取有效措施来降低风险，而不可能完全消除风险，因此建立一个财务预警模型，来预测企业的困难，是很有必要的。
本文是以现金流量为基础研究企业财务预警模型。选取了74家A股上市公司，37家ST公司和37家非ST公司，公司的行业类型选择的是制造业，这是因为制造业是工业的核心。建立的财务预警模型时候，假设行业和规模对研究结论不会造成实质性的影响，所选取的财务数据真实可靠，然后进行主成分分析，选取能够包含更多财务信息的指标，在分析问题中仅仅考虑主成分分析法还不够，因为在进行主成分分析时，毕竟有些信息降维时忽略掉了，这对研究对象的全面分析不免产生一定的影响。为了避免这一点所带来的影响，在主成分分析的基础上采取综合评价分析法，建立最优预警模型。
本模型作为在企业内部运用并预测企业因现金、负债等原因引起的财务危机方面具有很好的借鉴意义和实用性，当然光靠预警模型来预防财务风险还是不够的，还要完善企业财务管理系统，建立健全内部控制制度。

Abstract
Enterprise in the process of growth, is not smooth sailing, will encounter many difficulties, so we want to insight into the enterprise crisis, crisis, early found unnecessary difficulties and problems can solve, financial risk is the enterprise in the process of financial management must face a real problem, financial risk is objective existence, enterprise managers to only take effective measures to reduce the risk, financial risk and can't completely eliminate the risk, thus establish a financial early warning model, to predict the difficulties, it is necessary.
This article is based on cash flow of the enterprise financial early warning
model. Selected the 74 a-share listed companies, 37 and 37 of ST company, ST company industry type choice of the company is manufacturing, this is because manufacturing is the core of the industry. Establish financial early warning model, assume that the industry and scale to the research conclusion will not result in a substantial influence, selected financial data are true and correct, and then principal component analysis, selected to include more financial information index, based on the analysis of the problem in only considering the principal component analysis (pca) is not enough, because in the principal component analysis, after all, ignored when some of the information dimension reduction, the comprehensive analysis of the research object not produce certain effect. In order to avoid the effects of this, on the basis of the principal component analysis to comprehensive evaluation method, established the optimal early warning model.
