健康教育对高血压患者服药依从性的影响
摘 要目的：健康教育对高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法：选择2007年度在我院内科住院的64例高血压患者，要求符合国际统一标准，收缩压≥140 mm Hg和（或）舒张压≥90 mm Hg。入组条件：均为原发性高血压，无严重并发症，神志清且合作的患者；排除标准，症状性高血压和继发性高血压，有心肝肾等重要器质性疾病及神志不清和不合作者。随机分为两组，对照组34例，试验组30例。对实验组实施系统的健康教育。结果:干预后试验组病人的服药依从性高于干预前（P＜0.05），亦高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论: 健康教育可以帮助患者强化健康意识，树立健康信念，有效控制高血压等方面的危险因素，提高临床治疗效果，最大程度地降低高血压的危害性。

Abstractmethod: Chooses 64 example hypertension patients living in the internal medicine department of our hospital in 2007, request conforming to the international unified standards, systolic pressure ≥140 mm Hg and (or) diastolic pressure ≥90 mm Hg. Condition of entering the group: All are the primary hypertension, not serious complication, the state of mind is clear, and cooperates patient; The elimination standard: symptom hypertension and the sequential hypertension, have a mind hepatorenal and so on important organic disease and unconscious and not the collaborator. Divides into two groups stochastically, the control group 34 examples, the experimental group 30 examples.Finally: After the intervention, the takeing-medicine compliance of the experimental group is higher than before the intervention, (P<0.05), and is also higher than the control group (P<0.05), the difference has statistics significance.Conclusion: The health education may help the patients to strengthen the health consciousness, set up the healthy faith, control hazard factors of hypertension and so on,enhance the clinical care effect, reduce hypertension’s hazard in the greatest degree.

高血压病是一种常见病、多发病，在各种心血管病中患病率最高。高血压使心、脑、肾、眼等器官造成损害，引起严重的并发症，是脑卒中和冠心病的重要危险因素。由于药物不能根治高血压病，只能控制血压，因此，要求患者持之以恒地使用药物治疗，但是，经常存在的问题是患者不能严格遵照医嘱坚持服药。有时因药物副作用感到不适而停药，有时因原有症状消失而停药，这样使药物不能真正起到降压并维持较低或正常血压作用。因此，患者配合医务人员，坚持服药，坚持治疗和随访观察显得非常重要。患者的依从行为主要表现在对药
