Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, Enterprise competition is more and more intense. If enterprise wants to makes considerable development, it should continuously strengthen progressive dynamic. Then human resource training and development is its progressive dynamic.
The article essay expounds the concept of human resource training and development, the meaning of human resource training and development and how to implement, at the same time, it
introduction the present condition of Boeing Co.employee training and development and make an
annalizes. Finally，it expounds countermeasure for dealing with a situation about employee training and development.
